It's the regular butyl material. The Kilmat is really easy to work with...just invest in a set of heavy duty rollers (Amazon for about $17$ to fully press the sheets into place.
Started work again in earnest a month ago. Dash and driver's compartment floor pretty much completed. The entire underside has been cleaned and painted. Brakes are all done as well with new parts.
We relined the leaf springs with vinyl anti-squeak strips. The inserts between the leaves were grease-soaked wooden slats. Not sure if that was factory or aftermarket.
