How about some "Before-After" pictures

Before, during, and after

Here is our car the day we picked it up last January, at the body shop in May, and then at Hudson in July.

Since the outside of my car hasn't really changed since I got it, here is a few shots of the engine compartment before and after (of course, engine is presently out of the car right now, LOL).

Thanks for sharing Larri, I've always been dying to see just this on your 1976 duplex! A pic of it when it was in service, as a pink "flower car" before you acquired it, and post restoration!

THANKS LARRI!

Abe

This is a great thread! I'm enjoying seeing all of the resurrections. Here is our 1967 Miller-Meteor Cadillac Paramount combination.

Pink Champagne was even looking a little tired when she arrived four years ago.

Jay,
That is a "Singing Chapel on Wheels". It is a 78 RPM record player that you can play music on at the Graveside. There is a loudspeaker under the hood. They were available during that era (1939-1942) for any coach. I have not seen another one, but they were advertised in the industry. This car did not have one when I bought it, but I found this one in Texas in 1974. Lo and behold, I got ready to install it and there were holes already drilled in the right places so it was a breeze to install. Obviously this car originally had one............

P.S. Had a place to plug in microphone too. The case has an angled right side to clear kick panel, and bolts to firewall and dashboard.
