As mentioned, they pretty much were a generic turn signal light mounted on/in the fender by the coachbuilder. Nothing too fancy.
Mike, be careful about adding too many lights to a car. Your '73 was already overloaded electrically, which caused problems for the previous owner. Don't add to the problem, there's only so much power an alternator can supply!![]()
That does have front intersection lights. The thing on the rear quarter isn't a light, that's the air intake scoop for the rear air vent system.
This vehicle in post #9 has rear quarter panel lights / reflectors although in this cropped image they are not visible
