Whitney Houston Hearse

Fact is..how many people know that the car is (or maybe) damaged or missing parts. We are a select few who can pick apart a professional car and tell you if something is wrong. I know several funeral directors who wouldn't notice any issues with the car unless it was pointed out to them.

Hey Bill, get back in the basement and start blogging!:yankchain:

Oh now! Here we go, pickin on the guy who live in Tennesse and has a gold hearse!!!:respect:This coming from a who thinks every Ford Vanbulance is a Pinner!:yankchain::071:

He don't knock gold! I for one like the color of that car if I should say so myself!:17875:

No,no,no! I think it is great gold is making a comeback. A matching gold brocade interior would set that Federal off nicely, don't you agree?:hide:

If I lived close to the funeral home, I would offer one of my '60's hearses to them for use for Whitney's funeral at no charge.

Whitney was such a beautiful lady and singer. She deserves a nice final ride in an amazing funeral car. Likely one much better than the three I could offer.

If I could pick a car for Whitney, it would be John and Patti's S/S !!!
That would be the car she deserves. Anyone would feel like a king or queen having that car as their final ride.

I never bought any of her records but remember growing up with her music on the radio.
It truly is a shame she left so young. (Same age as my brother).

No matter how she died, drugs-alcohol-etc, it is a shame she ever met Bobby Brown ! (I will not make any further comments on that loser !)

Rest in peace Whitney !

We will remember all you did in the first two thirds of your life and we will forget about the last 15 years. You did more in your 48 years than a lot of people ever will do.

The world will remember you forever through your songs every time they hear your amazing voice.

just one more celeb that could have afforded rehab to turn there life around. but chose to maintain the life style till it killed them. picked up a lot of there sole mates. most never got a gold hearse. sorry I can't stand it when they become a hero. Elves, Mikel now this one the list goes on. one more junkie high end or low end just a junkie. some would be fan most likly snatched the drip rail off for a souvenir. the junk federal to me was a good choice. I have spend a lot of time with people that have lost everything before they tried to do the turn around. most of them never had the resources available to her to start out with . some were as talented though. life is a mystery and the people in it a puzzle no one can understand. but I do know gone is gone. instead of putting them on pedestal one should use them as the example of why you need to ask for help if your over your head and why you never do anyone a favor by not calling them on there self destructive actions. how many people knew she was going down and let it go. I watched 3 interviews with the big talking heads you could see she was spaced out it each of them. how much or how loud do you have to cry HELP.

Here is a daytime shot of driver side

The video of the passenger side shows the trim there. I still think the reason for the marks is as I described in my earlier post.
What I never understand is why does the fans always scream the deceased persons name, dont they know they cant hear them?
I also agree with what ED said about junkies. So many high profile, singers, actors etc. have O.D.ed over the years, yet people still do this to them selves. I just dont understand it.

Whitney Houston hears

I looked up the funeral home on line. Could not find much other than a brief history of the business. It said that the first generation owner did over 1000 calls per year. Although as we all know over the years calls have decreased with the advances of health care, but I would think with what appears to be a high call firm that they have more than one hearse and maybe they use this as a backup or first call vehicle. Our firm only does about 70-75 calls per year between two locations and we maintain two hearses. Both are housed at one location and when there is a services at the other location one of them is driven over.

my bets are still on a deranged fan ripping off the right side and rear. no one would bring out a damaged car for a normal funeral let alone a high profile one.

I wouldnt say no one would bring out a damaged car. Ive seen a few funeral homes run some pretty rusty coaches as their first line car. One so bad I would even be embarrassed to drive it as a winter beater.
People ripping off trim, I could see that.

I doubt is was a fan, the coach was in that condition when it pulled into the hospital. Before the body was even loaded.

Bill, I don't think you've kept up with this as much as the rest of us have.

She was never at a hospital. She was DOA in the hotel room. L.A. County Coroner made the removal direct from the hotel to the Coroners' office to have the autopsy done, and from there Tyler Perry offered one of his private jets to fly her body from California to New Jersey. The footage everyone is discussing here is what occured after the hearse left from Whigham Funeral Home to go to the airport to take possesion of the body to carry it back to the funeral home, which is where all of this video was taken. What you see on the various video clips is the police escorting the hearse back to the funeral home. The owner of the funeral home is the passenger in the hearse. A tent was set up in front of the funeral homes' back entrance, which has a roll-up door. I'm guessing that the hearse cannot back into the small loading area fully, hence the tent being erected for privacy.

I stand corrected.
