That ambulance has appeared in a couple of local emergency vehicle shows in Michigan. It has been spotted first at the Ferndale Emergency Vehicle Show in 2009. Also it made an appearnace at the Cruisin Michigan Ave., Emergency Vehicle Show in 2010 as well as Ferndale again.

By the way I coordinated both shows in 2010 and will again in 2011.

A short wheelbase '67 C/B Olds Seville from Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, Manitoba. I think this car is still housed in a museum in Steinbach. Too bad the skirts are missing. I never did see this car with them on, even when it was almost new.
