2013 Cadillac XTS prototype hearse unveiled in Las Vegas

It seems that the Bennett coach got a few favorable reviews (knowing that a major change had to occur) but several thought the addition of drapes would help. It might look to station wagoney without drapes...

I agree. His coaches have a nice style, but I also feel it needs drapes, to me a hearse is not a hearse without them. More of the European styling, I guess.
Thats also the problem I have with the oval window, or Echelon coaches, no drapes!
Has anyone here owned a Bennett car? Im curious to his build quality, Ive never heard either way.

Seeing the Superior brochure posted earlier the first thing that came to mind was a door stop wedge. Unlike most I like some of the newer styled coaches, but they need to get rid of that wedge shape. Is it really that much trouble to use commercial glass? That would improve the design 100%.

The current issue of the Director (October 2012) has the coach builders' advertisements showing their versions of the XTS coach.

Well....the big premieres of the new Cadillac coaches from all the coachbuilders will take place next week at the NFDA in Carolina. I wish I were more excited about what they are going to be launching but, from the glimpses we've already had it's going to be a disaster....at least from a vehicular standpoint. I hope if any PCS members are attending that they'll take some good photos and post them.
