What a Shame.

I know a lot of people have different views which I think its great because that just means your human!
I for one think the car is pretty cool but definitely think it looks better black.
I also rather see a pro car get worked over like this by someone like Barris so at least its still out there for people to enjoy (even though it is never going to be the same again) then to have someone look at it as a way to make money by crushing it. As it is I have people scratching their head wondering why I want to waste my time on my combo which a lot people consider a rust bucket and tell me its worth more as scrap metal.

I guess all in all I m saying if none of us can have it at least it went to some one cool. Also I know that Barris most likely kept anything usable on the car that wasnt used so you can probably call the shop and see if they have any parts they want to sell.
 
Personally I like mild mods that can be reversed. like some of the stuff Dwayne does. What my biggest disappointment is, that I think this is possibly the second or even possibly the third time that I have seen the tops chopped the same way. I know there is a beige one out there as well with a raked chopped top done and I like that one better. I think if your going to do it at least do something like Rocky does. He seems to strive to pioneer work thats fresh and it looks it. All in all there truly is so much cutting you can do. Work on a rear window or roof, french stuff, I am waiting for unbelieable. To me unbelieable will be when somebody does a hurst hemi under glass in a royale like mine with a hemi in the casket compartment. Rocky Are you listening?
 
That car would make one hell of a Hotwheels! At least that car went to creative use unlike what the Shriners were gonna do to my car. I shudder at the thought of the way the Shriners would have destroyed it
 
I'm for letting whomever do what ever to THEIR car. If its a 3-way Hearse, hopefully the person will save/sell the table to someone who is looking to complete their car. :respect:
