TPC 135 Qtr 1 2010!!!

Jeremy D. Ledford

PCS Volunteer Chapter President
Just got my hands on TPC issue 135 just a few moments ago!!!! FANTASTIC!!!!:071: Great job Brady, Geo and crew!!!:specool: Very pleased with what I see!!!:toocool:

And I was first to post about it too, heeee heeee!!!!!:dancing:

Also, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to this site for making this issue of the TPC possible and bringing us!!!!!!!:071:

What?!? Someone in Tennessee received the issue first! (Or at least posted it first) Unbelievable - the donkeys must have gotten on steroids.... I didn't check my mail, but now I am going to have to run back out and see. I'll have to remember to keep tipping the printer. ONLY KIDDING!

Tpc

Well mine made it today clear out to Southern California in today's mail. And as others have already posted it's GREAT!!!... and especially liked the JFK M-M Combination Article with new details I hadn't seen or heard about before THANKS TOM McP!

Getting this incredible (on-time) publication is also a reality check for me of the way that the PCS has rebounded from a year or so when all the negative (and unfounded) things were floating around. MM

just like they all said dido. glad we are back on track and very glad that the web side can be as positive in the club as it is. did you notice that the web side paid for this publication. wonder how we can do that? it never happened before. do lets drop that thought and just marvel at how far we have come.;) so thank you Paul ,Dan, Tony and Robert for funding one more great publication for us. thank the committee for cranking out one more hit.

:mad::cry::cry:
This sucks. I have been stuck in the hospital since Tuesday and I cant see mine, and now I know its sitting in the mailbox.
I just found out today the hospital provides a laptop and internet for free so at least I can get on the site now. 3 days without being here is way to long.

...only 3 weeks to wait

Seems it takes abought 3 weeks to get to me once it hits the mail boxes in the US. Now i can't read anymore posts about the contents...don't want to spoil the suprise.

The new TPC hasn't hit Ohio yet either. Hopefully you're feeling better soon. It's good that you can at least get on the message board for entertainment now.

John: For whatever reason you've landed in a hospital, we hope you're doing ok. You should have plenty of fellow car buffs around there who - instead of stopping at a newsstand to get you a magazine - could swing by your house and grab the magazine you really want!

And what another great issue this is! Thanks to all who made contributions and to Walt, Brady, and George for their continued hard work and dilligence.

Having grown up around small town funeral service where my dad's philosophy has always been "give back to the community that supports you," I am very pleased and honored to be a member of the Website Oversight Committee. Instead of merely providing a place for the exchange of ideas, information, and photos, we've accomplished our goal of giving back to you, the members, who support the site, in more ways that what is expected. Our thanks to YOU for the support, trust, and enthusiasm.

John, I hope you feel better soon. The issue arrived here in RI today, and it is another classy publication. Hoping to be able to read it more closely tomorrow.

Christie was going to pick it up today but the post office was still closed when she had to leave for work. I live in a very small town and all mail goes to a P.O. box.
As for my health, I am still alive.. LOL. As most know I have VERY sever asthma and even springtime allergies can get life threatining, so here I am again....
Didnt mean to hijack this post but figured I would let a little into my hospital stay.

John......
Sorry to hear about your asthma giving you problems again. I hope that by the time you read this, that you are well on your way to recovery and headed home. Our best wishes for a speedy recovery..
Paul & Sandy...

Thanks, I wish I was leaving. May still be a few days. The only plus is I have very very slow dialup at home and this high speed wireless is awsome. (I know Im way behind the times but where I live its surprising I get that) Its so great being able to see the pics people post, usually I cannot see most of them.

FINALLY, it arrived. I saw the mule riding up the hill and Ma grabbed the shotgun and away we went to gather it up!!!
Another outstanding issue!!!

Arrived here today - OUTSTANDING!!!!! Incredible center fold (and wife approved). Thanks for a great issue.

John, pray you get home soon. Dialup at home is better that highspeed in the hospital. Take care.

is someone reading my mail

Just got back from the Volunteer meet in Tennessee. We had a great time. There were a couple of number 135s there. If 135 is in the Carolinas and Tennessee, Georgia how is it not in Ohio? The expectation is getting to us here.
It will be read from cover to cover as soon as the mail person gets done with it.
Mike
