This seems to be no big deal then....This sounds like most of my Saturday mornings during college...and some Saturday mornings yet these days......:burp:

Always better to recover at home. Glad your stay was short. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Who is this guy Watson? Is he related to Sherlock Holmes?

Spent the day in bed resting, and not much else. I can't believe that I can feel worse today than I did yesterday. Must be that the meds are wearing off, and the trauma of surgery is taking its effects on my body. I have the feeling that I was just run over by a bus. They told me that it would take a while to recover, but I never thought that I would feel this bad. Thanks for all the well wishes... except for that Watson guy... :hide:
 
Glad it went well. I called Paul the night of his surgery, he was asleep, I've had bronchitis all week and did the best I could talking to Sandy in between coughing fits. I just spoke with Paul, he's having soup. That's a good sign. Get better buddy!
 
Hopefully, the inevitable bills and insurance hassles won't prove a big distraction your recovery, Paul! At times like this, I can't help thinking of a favorite cartoon from THE NEW YORKER, where this lost-looking patient is sitting on the examining table with his shirt off while the doctor chats with his wife on the phone: "Honey, if you really want it, you just go ahead and buy it. We'll get the money for it someplace."
