Surgery for Paul Steinberg

Robert Shepard

Website Administrator / Past President - Golden St
I wish to let you know that Paul had surgery today, and will be resting for a few days as he recovers. In his absence, the website administration team will keep things running. I'll get an update this evening from his wife Sandy, and let you know how he is doing.

Talked with Paul on the phone last night and he said all went well and he is "resting" at home.

Get well soon, Paul.

Perhaps he had some kind of transplant. Not sure, maybe we can call him "Smilin' Paul" now, and Sandy will be happy. None of those little "unmarked packaes" in the mail anymore.... :yankchain:

Talked to him this morning as well! Seems to be doing ok. In some pain and groggy though but recouping well!

Get Well Soon Paul!

Surgery

Surgery to remove the cranium from the rectal orifice can be difficult at times depending on how long the affliction has existed. Since it required surgery in Paul's case, I would assume that the problem has existed for quite some period of time.

Thanks for all the well wishes. I am recovering slowly, and I am not certain if the pain before the surgery was worse than the pain after the surgery. Still no apatite, nor did I see any bright lights, so I guess that everything is well. Pain meds really mess with your thoughts, and I'm going back to bed.. Thanks again. Paul

Hope your recovery is fast and as painless as possible. I know all about pain meds, they can make you think strange things. Guess thats why all the dope addicts want them so much now.
