I found this 57 resting comfortably out in the desert. Can anyone ID the coachwork ?

Nice 54 olds taillights on the roof. Man those pics always makes me sick at how nice the sheetmetal is on that stuff laying around in those neck of the woods.

I am interested in the willys car infront of it. Where is this classic resting?

Adam's right. That is a 1957 Superior-Cadillac Rescuer ambulance. With a headroom height of 48" and officially designated as a Model 616, the Rescuer had a base MSRP of $9,652 and was the first of a long line of Superior ambulances to be fitted with fiberglass roof. So sayth McPherson's Superior book.
