Adam's right. That is a 1957 Superior-Cadillac Rescuer ambulance. With a headroom height of 48" and officially designated as a Model 616, the Rescuer had a base MSRP of $9,652 and was the first of a long line of Superior ambulances to be fitted with fiberglass roof. So sayth McPherson's Superior book.
