Rust Mitigation Quest

As I am patching rust holes here and there, I'm wondering what you folks would suggest I do to help prevent further rust accumulation and all those nooks and crannies that are super hard to reach .

From what I can see, there are some channels, crevices, metal overlap, etc that I will never be able to put my hands on. If I want to get in there I will have to either spray something or use a small hose to drip something in there .

Any thoughts and ideas will be appreciated

The truth is delay is all you can do. But i have used a spray wand to get the converter in those places.
