Colors

Those GE master radios show up at swap meets in ILlinois all the time, as they were sold in the late 1960s to ALL ILlinois police cars for the,at that time new, statewide ISPERN frequency.

John, do you plan to paint it original colors of red and white?
 
the way the truck is painted inside and out makes changing the color a problem. so it will be hugger orange and white. we have the GE radio and about 4 of the pa 15As got to be one of them that will work. but I can't do the antenna off set on the roof. so we'll mount it in a more normal position. but now all the lights are in place and working. so we can take it back apart and get the top painted. be nicer if you has some scaffolding to work off from not just a shaky ladder. if you run across a clear dome for a 184 holler. I have all the red bulbs one could need and would love to go red and white on the 184.
