Never posted these pictures...... just plain forgot.. Taken last year.. I had backed it into the stall where it resided all the time that it was in service. It was a tight fit given the length of the car, and the depth of the building. It is an old building that was added onto as the town grew.
I brought the car back to Rhinecliff for them to see, however, it turned out to be only one person that was at the station that day. He was impressed with the car.
Then it was off to the Rhinebeck Fair Grounds the next day, and lots of people came up to me saying that they remembered the car, and a few even remembered taking a ride in it. One person claimed to have driven it when it was in service, but I don't think so, because it was retired in 1980, and that person was about 30 years old. It was a great time, and I hope to bring it back to the Rhinebeck show in 2012.
