We got to see Len's Desoto Ambulance in the shop getting some repairs.

He knows old car guys who know how to work on old cars so he is a really lucky guy as most people out there these days at current shops are clueless about 60-70 year old cars.

Things worth mentioning that stood out at this awesome fall meet were...

The two ladies Len has in his life that make him the man he is, his wife Mary-An and Daughter Mary-Catherine.

I have to say these two ladies work non-stop making sure these meets are incredible. The food was endless and the decor was awesome.
I love MC's witch collection that was out in full force for this Halloween time of year.

Kim McDonald donated a quilt to be raffled off and the money raised (140.00) was giving to the Trillium Chapter as a fund raiser.
WAY TO GO KIM !

Brady wrapping himself in the quilt as the auction action was gaining speed.

A ambulance that was once owned by the HELLS ANGELS is now in the hands of a PCS member for restoration.

Don Stiles, a retired police officer, brought out a retro police car with all the lights and sirens used 45-50 years ago.
He donated his hearse to the Pontiac Car Museum in the US last year.

The Doctors on hand, Dr. McCall - Dr. Ross - Dr. Bedford, holding up their sign for free inspections !!!
THANKS to Wayne for finding the sign for us !

An the most unusual item discovered during the entire week-end....

A penis stretcher/stiffener !!! Yes, check out the photo for yourself.

I never had to use it myself, but the line up at it was about a hour wait when I walked past it !

Here are some photos taken by Digger hanging out the back window of Kevin Parkinson's 1972 Cadillac 9 passenger limo.

These photos were taking during the drives between tour stops.

THANKS Digger !

This was a great meet with many PCS members attending from MI and quite a few attending from ON.

I think anyone in a days drive of this event should make the effort to attend as it is always action packed and enjoyable.
You missed a lot if you missed this one. Hope to see you at the next one.

As always it was fun seeing old friends and making new ones. Lots of new people too.

Way to much food consumed this week-end !

Events like this are made by those who attend. Without people attending there really is no meet. I want to personally thank not only the hosts, but EVERYONE who attended to make this one of the most eye opening car events of 2012 for me ! THANK YOU ALL !

Really good meeting Mike and his lovely lady and Wayne to car pool down with.

Other than needing to add some power steering fluid, it was a perfect trip down and back.

The rain wasn't really a factor as we got to do everything on the schedule and without any problems at all. A little chilly but next year it will be earlier than the end of October.

By the way, I had no heat in the car until the way home. Thanks to Len for getting me to check it out and him finding the vacuum hose had fallen off due to a cracked hose where it mounted.
A little snip with the scissors and it was back on in seconds.
It felt like a heat wave hit as it was really warm the whole way back.
THANKS LEN !

Once again, THANK YOU ALL for a meet I will remember for years to come.

Darren

What a wonderful, fun-filled, busy weekend. I would like to thank Len, Mary Ann, Mary Catherine and anyone else who helped with this event. It was fantastic. To my Michigan Chapter guys; Digger and Darren; and anyone else who helped, thank you for the wonderful birthday celebration on Friday evening. We saw so many wonderful places and I have the pictures to prove it. Here are my pictures from the weekend.

Thank God, I did not get stopped at the border coming home. Had to stop and go speak with someone from Customs on the way to Chatham.
