I m pretty sure Lloyd bought the Seville in MO.

Just last year, the '61 Seville ambulance which John posted (post #32) came up for sale on eBay. Not sure where it ever turned up...

You are right. About 6 months after I passed on it it was advertised on Ebay, the seller needed cash pretty bad. I heard it showed up to a local car show last fall but I didnt make it to that show. I know the owner that listed it on Ebay goes to that cruize night alot with his other cars so Im thinking maybe he still has it. Im going to have to look him up to see.

I'm sorry.....these AQC Airporter things fascinate me......they are so damn ugly you cant help but want one. This is a recent "found by the side of the road" picture of the one that was on evilbay a few years ago.....It still lives.

I dunno....personally.....I think 67 Oldsmobile are cool but butt ugly.....one pic and next post we will jump to 68's. This is a Loftin pic (gotta love people that shoot proper 3/4 shots) Looks like a 70 Consort behind it.

these have rounded out my 60 stuff nicely. thanks I'll put in some 72s here when I show yours you'll know who's car is is. I think I have most of them labeled. the Seville I got from Lloyd was out of Mo out of Il. the original owner bought it for a coroners wagon as he was county corner. I have been trusted with the letter from the sheriff of the county giving him permission to use the red light on the car. it never had a siren

I do not know who currently owns the East Poweshiek County ambulance, but I remember a few years ago when it was for sale about 45 miles from me. Unfortunatly it looks alot worse in person than in the pics, almost the whole interior was gutted.

I really need to get a new computer, mine is so slow I can only view a couple pics on each page, and I know Im missing out on alot!
