If no one can reach him here, Jay can be reached through Face Book. Im not sure if you need to ne on his friends list to contact him or not. I personally know him, and he is a honest trustworthy guy, so don't be afraid of buying from him.
 
Bill, if he doesn't hook you up, let me know. My father collected patches, and as I go through to liquidate his patch collection, if I find it, I can get it for you. I know with certainty that he had one (or more).

(By the way, patch collectors, don't ask. Dad's collection is going to a fire museum.)
