It's Here and yes I already have pictures!

Very nice. I've seen pics of some other AHA's and they were pretty rusty, I guess they rusted badly. Your's is the nicest I've seen.

... Suggestion box open for speciality tag. I'll start: 79 AHA . Next!
How about simply "AHA". Let the world wonder what AHA is, they'll think you found something (which you actually did).

Steve, I have seen two of these, one was very rusty, one was pretty nice and that is only two I have seen. THis one has minimal rust spot or two but not bad at all and underneath is fine. Have put about 100 miles on it now and doing well. AHA appeared to do quality job putting these together from what I can tell. Odd for a lincoln though not having cruise nor tilt nor power seat. For some reason I really like this one, of course I usually like the odd stuff and this fits the bill. Adam and Jenn came by for a peak and Adam likes the odd stuff too but think he had the hots for the criterion more!

Actually, it was Jen who wanted the Criterion mostly. She can stand up straight in the back, walk to the front, and there are lots of buttons and switches for her to play with :D

I'd like to have it too, but I can't afford one of the Ful-Vues of it at the moment...

But I want the Lincoln something bad... it's definitely odd, but one of the most interesting and good looking post 1970 professional cars I've seen. My Ford may be rarer, but this thing is rare and dignified. When I see that Lincoln front end, I still remember the feeling I got seeing similar Lincolns when they were new in the late '70's/early '80's. Big, elegant, less common than Cadillacs, and definitely high class. Sure they're big ugly cars by today's standards, but I'd take a Lincoln anything (almost) over a newer Pokémon looking Japanese car anytime!

Speaking of rust, while looking underneath, be sure to check out the rear bumper mounts. Lincolns of this era are well known for the back bumper mounts rusting off so when you hit a bump you loose the bumper (seen it many times).

The headlight covers were open when I looked at the car in the garage a number of years ago, that is how I knew the car was gold, they didn't paint inside them. It's interesting about Adams post too. This car has been for sale for atleast five or more years

Right Tim, alittle hint of gold under the headlight covers and a few other places but not bad. Curious to see how long covers will stay shut as they usually come open after awhile. Been two days so far and still closed but will probably drive home tonight.

Baby got new shoes.

Took lincoln for an oil change and tire balance but tires were flat spotted from years of sitting in one place so broke down and got a new set. Went with same tire I got last time which had worked well. Kuhmo 235-75-15 extra load white wall. Looks good and drives great. Car had 225-75-15 but can't get extra load in that one from kuhmo. Next will be replace leaky water pump and original hoses and belts need to go.

the 89 caddy 6 door I had used the 225x15 also the interesting thing with it was they upped the air 5 lb to solve the wight problem. the highest 225 you can get is only 1780 if I recall right. Collins moved the recommended tire pressure up 5 psi for the limo

Danny, how about some interior shots? Nice car! Another nice AHA Lincoln is/was owned by a young guy from MA who brought it to the '04 meet in Daytona. Leonard something, I think. Has anyone heard from him? He was a nice guy and seemed enthsuastic about finding the PCS.

His name is Leonard, and his last name started with a M, but that is all that I can remember.. I checked the old rosters, but I didn't find his name listed. Possibly Jeff Hookway can find it in his records...
