Combo the red lights would be removable as are the rear window covers. Strange they were not removed

That looks to be a straight landau Ed. No removable panels.

now that we are on the big box we can see they are not removable. so it is most likely the elusive landau combination. no need for red lights on a end loader and no need for a hearse to stand by at a race track.

I am surprised that they would want, what looks like a hearse to 99% of the public, at a race track. Wouldn't fly today with the world we now live in.

Just a guess but perhaps there were other events (wrecks) that day and they ran short of rigs and this was called up from stand by thus panels still in place.

Pascal, if you haven’t seen it, watch a documentary called “Rapid Response.” It’s on Amazon Prime Video and has some great footage of professional cars in it. I’m only 17 minutes into the show but had to stop to take a break and tell you ?

The short wheelbase '60 Buick appears to be a Cotner-Bevington.
