I have seen S&S mount them on occasion with the button on top, which would be the correct way for a drop top cehicle in the old days. At least they put them on the correct sides of the car, so this I could live with.

That body style Rolls Royce was used from the mid 60s into the 70s.not sure of the exact years.

After seeing the frontal pictures,I must correct myself. Its definitely a 60s model and NOT a 70s like I previously stated. I'll admit when I'm wrong!
