Raise front wheels. Wheels must be off the ground to prime the system.
Fill system to full, DO NOT START ENGINE.
Turn wheels back and forth 3 or 4 times, check the fluid level, add if needed but do not overfill.
Start engine MOMENTARILY, about 10 seconds, shut off.
Check fluid level, add if needed, again do not overfill.
Start engine again, turn wheels several times. Check fluid.
Lower car, test drive and check for power steering.

Check fluid level fully warmed up, on level ground, wheels straight.
