will only MM used them and only for a few years so it is safe to say they would be difficult to find replacements ones. I don't think I have ever seen any for sale

Yep, those lights were an M-M exclusive from 1957 till 1962 and they were replaced in 1963 with the 360 degree Ful-Vue light that was offered till 1979 by M-M.
