From what can be seen, the casket rollers appear to be of the typical Superior reversible type which, to me, would indicate that this is a combination car.

Here are a couple more photos. It does appear that there is a jump seat which would indicate it was used as a combination.

The seats are there, along with the grab rail on the wheel house - she's a combination.

I'm guessing that the external air intake (left rear fender) was removed at some point.

Does that thing have a "Q" in it??? It's got a siren brake switch!!

The switch panel legend was standard. If there was no brake, the switch port would've had a chrome plug. (The switch that's there is aftermarket.)
