so what is a Mortuary response? ring ring. he's dead hugh will we'll come pick him up? man showed up to my house with this on I guess I would ask him to go home.
 
Disaster management or civil emergency??? We used to train for such events in the Army. Mortuary Affairs Personal always played an important role.
 
I have a "D-MORT" ball cap, which, I was told, stands for Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team. I would assume that they primarily respond to natural disasters.
 
gotta love the heavy population places everyone has there niche and there uniform. me I want on that team little to do and when you get to go to work the clients never complain.
 
DMORT teams are also on the dispatch list at the airport (where I used to work), for multiple fatalities from such incidents. They came and drilled with us once.
