Ditch Light I.D. Help Needed

This pair of crusty but restorable ditch lights were in a box of stuff recently acquired. Can anyone give me any help in identifying what they might be off of?
Stamped info reads:

Hmmmm

I have had this style light on a few of my procars. M-M C-B and even a superior. Its like most any part if they had a company whose part was quality or even just the cheapest bid thats who they went with.

This pair were completely chrome plated originally.

they were the add on after the fact. ones you could get them plated or paint to match. a number of vans had them also.
