Doesn't impress me, but to each his own.
minor fluid drips requiring some bolt tightening
Why wouldn't you fix this if it is such a "minor" issue? If it is as simple as "some bolt tightening", do it, and then you don't have to mention that there are leaks, since bolt tightening would resolve the problem.
I doubt that it will sell on eBay, and if it goes to their live on site auction next week, I doubt that it will be bid anywhere near the $24,000 that they are starting the eBay auction at. If it were all original, and in the condition that this limo is in, I doubt that it would sell for much more than half the asking price. In my opinion, original cars in good to excellent condition always bring more money than cars that have been modified to the point that they can no longer be restored to their original condition and configuration.

Soooo....they got $85,000 into this project, and THAT was when they said "you know what, we put too much money into this project, let's forget about the rubber bumper trim"?

Some nice details for sure, even for a limo conversion, but more evidence that your dream is almost always worth more to you than someone else. I do like that it is actually useable as a limo (or possibly an RV), not just some seats thrown in back that you have to hunch over to sit in.
