Hello, does anyone know if the 1972/1973 Superior hi-top ambulances came pre-wired by the manufacturer for warning lights in the 4 corners of the roof, and the lower front portion of the roof?

Not unless the tunnel lights are on there already. Wires going to nowhere could cause problems, and not the builders forte.
