Have not had a chance to clean it out , had to come up with 2 cc wheels and 2 hub caps and a set of tires. Pulled the door lock cylinder had keys made from it .Got lucky as the original ignition tumbler is still in it ,so I now have ignition and door keys and was able to unlock the rear door .

Now that is truly amazing...mimeographed instructions created right there at the Eureka factory and schematic drawings which I would be surprised if they weren't created by Eureka Engineer Walt Cassens, may he rest in peace!!

What's behind door #1

There is a cover at the very rear with latches ,wondering what that was about. It is a access panel for the pump motor and in the cover was a pouch that held almost a 3x5 diagram of the table .

Should be down by this weekend. Big thanks to Huey Wick for taking the time to go up and grab it. It almost was on its way to being a band vehicle. I have a few to many and either the 65 Crown will be sold or this to fund other projects and make room . Once the 72 Olds is done I will be putting it up for sale also . Can not save them all but this was hard to pass up. Need to get a title and few other things so when I get to that put I will offer them up here and see if I have any takers and go from there.

I would be really interested in either the 65 or the 72. I live in northern Florida, any idea of what shipping would cost fro, your location?

This is the kind of restoration work I find most satisfying, removing years of grime and revealing the former luster - Preserving originality rather than re-doing everything.
Eureka chrome cleans up very nicely in most cases, thanks to their use of triple-plated bronze hardware throughout!

It's truly amazing how unmolested and intact this car is. Very few 3-Way coaches have survived complete with all the paperwork.

Keep up the great work Dan, it's wonderful to see this car coming back to life in a matter of days!!:thumbsup:

Just noticed. It's a car with factory (Cadillac) air-conditioning! Now, that's rare on a commercial chassis of this particular vintage.Hope it can be made to work once again. What a wonderful, well preserved example of a fairly rare vehicle. The hardest part of this restoration will be finding the proper interior fabrics and materials to re-trim the seat, door panels and casket compartment.

Also has levelizer. Pump and switches are there but the rams and oil tank are missing.
