Its possible. I know some of the wagon conversions used loading doors like this.

looked to me to be a hole left by the lolly pop light on the fender most of these had that turn signal light added there. but then you know me always the conspiracy buff. looking between the letters and words for some hidden agenda I believe him. I like Steve just want to see what is left. we converted the 4x4 dodge to a ambulance to retrieve a man in the winter time once. but as soon as we took the gurney and jump bag out you could not tell the pickup was ever used as a ambulance.
