2024 Ohio Chapter Event June 23rd, Marietta, Ohio

From the Ohio Chapter President............

On June 23rd Hemmings Great Race has an overnight stop in Marietta, Ohio. Bill Peoples called me the other day and told me about this and it sounds like a great opportunity for a meet. While we do not have an official meet hotel, there are plenty of hotels in Marietta and more across the river in Parkersburg, W.Va.. There is a local car show downtown from 9-4 and then the Great Race Cars arrive @ 4 and will be on display until 8m that night. Marietta is a great historic city and Bill's collection is second to none. All of the details are on the Ohio PCS Facebook page. It would be great if those that arrive on Saturday night could meet for dinner, there is an excellent Italian restaurant down there called Spagna that I have to get to every time I am down there.

Yes it is. We are headed down late Friday afternoon and will overnight Friday and Saturday and return on Sunday. We have a lot to display our cars in the 200 block of Second Street right in the middle of the show. The racers will arrive around 4m on Saturday. They are expecting around 600 cars for the show that runs from 9-3.
