Outside of one or two parades a year,why would you think you have something this valuable to sell,he would get a better offer if he stripped the junk off it and redid the headliner,even the U.S,navy realizes prices aren't what they use to be. News item the USS Saratoga a Forrestal class supercarrier had just went to a Texas scrap yard,the kicker, the navy paid him 1 cent to take it.hell I give the ghostbuster guy twice that for his unit.

My offer was declined by the seller. I thought $1,500 was more than reasonable, but then I realized the asking price was $16,600, not $1,600!
