Thanks for posting the photo, Shawn. Where was this meet? I really like the concrete structure--early 1970's? Kurt, I realize the wheel covers are newer, but the red medallions set it off.

Wire wheel covers from 80s and 90s cars on early 70's Cadillacs stick out like a sore thumb IMHO.
