1969 Superior Cadillac fender skirts

I'm sure someone here could use these. Looks to have the Crown something trim. And can anyone tell us what other years they may fit?

They appear to me to be the standard skirts that were used on 1969 Cadillacs. It also appears that there was some decrative painting done on them. I believe that they are specific to 1969 model year based on the trim, but might also be the same as 1970 if they used the same chrome trim.
