1916 Dort/_? hearse in Boise City, OK

This running and driving car--originally from North Dakota--has been in a museum here for years; today was my first opportunity to see it. I plan to call ahead one of these days in order to (hopefully) get it outside for photos.

The body is from a horse drawn hearse. Can anyone here identify the builder?

Just a guess. Is it a Dodge Brothers chassis Or a Gram? Knowing the frugal people up in ND in the 30s i would say it's a local build. Is the cab wood?

Sorry, I had that backwards; the chassis is a Dort. By the time I caught the mistake it was too late to edit. The post title should read:
