This is the original service policy issued to the original owner of the vehicle by M&M Motor Car Company. Originally, this was owned by Weisinger Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. The vehicle was an all white hearse at that time. It was re-painted and made into an ambulance by it's 3rd owner.
