Does anyone have a picture of the wall mount bracket or an actual wall mount bracket for this Laerdal Portable Suction?

Thanks

I found this in an old Laerdal catalog.

If anyone has on or both of the wall mount piece and would be ready to sell them, I would be more than happy to purchase them, or if someone has them and could send me a few good photos, I would try to fabricate a set.

Thanks,

No. This is the best I could find.

Worst-case scenario, If I can get some good pictures I will print both pieces with my 3D printer. I am however hoping for someone to find the set .....

I really do not know. They look like plastic to me. I am sure that one of the ambulances I worked in had these brackets, but I do not remember how they were made.

The bottom hook would have to reach out 3 1/4 unch to catch the hinge.

I'll dig through my stuff next week and see if I have any of these parts. Both the upper handle bracket and the bottom locking piece are plastic.

Well, I guess I am 1/2 way there. Laerdal still carries the upper handle bracket. Looks like they use the same bracket for some of their other cases. I will only have to add SUCTION UNIT and it will be a perfect match!!

Also used for the FW Model 28 the original stretcher that was in my ambulance.

Jean-Marc, you need to send a pic of your car to Ferno and explain what it is to be used for, and see if they would donate a set that they can use in any advertising.

I have a set of them. just decited not to cut up the floor to put them in. Besides my 28 is way to new for the cars. So i made up a couple side bars that fit the 28. One for the olds and one for the caddys.

While I am waiting for the upper bracket from Laerdal I designed this lower bracket and printed this prototype with my 3D printer.

From what I can see in the picture in the catalogue the final product will need to be wider and the shaft beveled, but this is a good start.

I checked my stash of stuff and had no luck finding any of these brackets. Looks like you are on the right track with your lower bracket.

Thanks Bill.

I think finding an original lower bracket will be next to impossible, so this may be the way to go. I'll keep my eyes out for one though just in case.
