as I recall everyone wanted to have one. we then sent to the membership the start of changing the by-laws to reflect that the majority of board members could request a meeting if they so chose weather the president wanted it or not. but right now it's still up to Wayne to set the board meeting. but we hope that the change can be sent out and the votes gotten back in time to do it. as much as we want to, getting the cart in front of the horse only gets you bit on the ass.
which getting back to the subject, I think It was Zack that had let his dues laps just before the 05 meet he was chairing. that lead to some confusion as to his status for recipient of the award. but then as always only after the fact.
