I have only one video of my 1959 Cadillac Ambulance on YouTube. I got an email saying I could make money with the YouTube Partnership Program. Has anyone done this or is it a scam? Thanks for your help.

The mechanical is a Sireno Model J116, and the electronic is a Federal PA 15 Director.
