Can't help you with new. Keep looking! Someone will have one somewhere!
They were pretty poor quality, as far as tail light lenses go! They all seemed to get "flat" looking. Even in this part of the world. I think that the '60s Cad lenses held up better than the '83-'86 lenses did!
