why not

with caddy and ford shutting down there big cars just how much work would it be to build a set of panels for one of the boxes out now. I know the hearse industry has made a number of changes for the horse Drawn to the peak years of the 60 and now back down to what we going to build on now. and number of first call type cars have been shown in the small cracker box styles ford has number of them as does Toyota GM and the rest. how hard would it be to retro all the way back to the 4, 6 or 8 column style of the 1900s.
put a decent interior in place that looks like a hearse not a made over tossed in wagon. the van that was pictures still looks like a conversion van but I'm guessing that the visor and running boards mag wheels just adds to the one other RV style. the interior on it is more what I'm thinking though. with the new materials out making the carved side that doesnt look like cheap molded junk should not be that hard of a thing. we would be doing away with the long and low look and go back to the box look of yesteryear. were the real wood and cloth interiors just said wow when you opened the door. the understated elegance of the outside said simply Hearse and commanded respect. make the box look like a box not try to make it into a car.

Not a bad idea. All I got to say is someone better come up with something fast, cause the days of a dignified looking Professional-Car are going down the drain.
