Sorry about the confusion I caused by my poorly-worded post.
The car I mentioned was a similar model offered for sale near me.
Seems like the damage done to the cosmetics of a car due to aging; exposure to the sun,; moisture, maybe even road salt; would be more serious mechanisms of deterioration than miles driven. Also, in these cars, infrequent use, sitting idle a lot, plus maybe indifferent attention to changing the coolant, et al, would have a significant impact to condition. I know for my purposes (occasionally enjoyment on the road, with frequent washing and waxing, and general admiration) the cosmetic condition pretty-much governs. Also, the cosmetics are probably more expensive to repair.
