Who owns this car now ?

I was recently looking through some old photo albums of PCS meets and found this 1961 hearse with a Ohio plate photographed in Chatham ON at the 1993 meet.

Do you know who owned it them ?

Is it still around and has the same owner ?
Who owns it now (if the owner then isn't the same as now) ?

Just curious as it was in the top 10 of my favorite cars from that meet.

The car was owned by Ohio PCS member Joe Ross. After he passed away, David Neeley purchased it.
