A 67 or 68 Superior Royale Laundrette Cadillac guessing on year not seeing the grille.

67 68 has a small marker in the side of the rear bumper blade. 68 is first year for the 472 .One year only hood as the wipers is under back of the hood not exposed as in 67 and down. 68 is last year for stacked headlights.
