was a camper/for sale

Last Wednesday I spent the day on the road. We got to northeastern Ohio to get a 61 Superior hearse chassis. This car was as near as we can figure a straight hearse. Style, we have no clue. The body was cut off and a camper was installed. Now the camper is history. We met Darren at the seller's and loaded all the saved parts.
You may remember reading Darren Bedford's story about his homeward trip from the Albany, NY meet. We bought this thing together. I have a trans that may have to go into my 61 M-M. I also have lots of 61 Cadillac parts and some Superior parts that will have to find new homes.
This is a running, rolling chassis. It pulled itself onto the trailer. Then it was off to Ron's driveway to get Darren's parts. Darren now has a good windshield and undented trim parts to go around it.
Anyone needing 61 Superior or 61 Cadillac parts should send me a PM.
Time and room constraints will not let me keep this hulk around forever.
Danny has sent word that my 61 M-M will be home from Georgia this week. After it gets here we may be taking the Superior trans for my coach.

Way to go Mike! You can use the tranny now to get your '61 fixed & Darren can pick the parts he needs. Don't junk the rest... you know as soon as you do you're going to need a rear end or something else you just scrapped!

Dwayne,
While I will be keeping a lot of the Cadillac specific parts the Superior stuff is there for anyone needing them. All will be priced to go. I have the auction pictures filed so anyone wanting to see this beast can email me for a look.
What we got is a chassis with all body parts aft of the front doors gone. The front fenders, hood and doors are still here. The drive train is in tact for now. Some interior parts are yet to be inventoried.
