According to this website, the 1969 models didn't come with a right side mirror, except for the 75 Series.

I never really understood that, these cars have such a huge blind spot I dont know why they did not put a passenger side mirror on. I have had a few of these coaches and it would have been a tremendous help.

Considering that it was available for the Series 75 cars, Miller Meteor must have felt that it was a necessity, and added it. Just because Cadillac Motor Division cheeped out on the rest of the cars, there is no reason that the selling dealer couldn't add one to a car at the owners request. Also, the option list that I posted, might only contain the factory installed options, but not list the dealer installed options.
