Very unusual...

I have debated about posting these pics, as some of you are going to be upset over the destruction of a horse-drawn hearse, however, it sure shows some ingenuity and creativeness. Let's hope that the hearse was beyond a proper restoration and so this "saved" it in a certain way. These pics were taken at World of Wheels in Pittsburgh in 2008. Hope you enjoy....and no, I don't advocate this kind of "butchering", but you have to admit, it sure is very unusual!

I'd seen a Youtube video of this coach driving into an indoor show for display setup, so it does run & drive beileve it or not. Most of these extreme show cars just get hauled around in a trailer & never even started up to move under their own power. As a kid one of my very favorite show cars that traveled the ISCA show circut was the "Boothill Express" which surfaced recently & sold @ auction. Thanks for the pix!

vary few of these would use any thing from a horse drawn 1800s body but would be built from scrach to fit what the man wanted in that style. so no need to say sorry. we are all car people here. people are free in this world to do what they what with there stuff. hot roding is just not a PCS bag. as such we don't promote it. not promoting does not mean not looking. posting any pictures you thing the group may enjoy is OK no need to tell me how I might not like it before I get to see it. I still marvale at some peoples ability to spend vast sums of money for no porpose other then they can. :weneedpics_smi: but a cow catcher come on now!!

What ever floats your boat. I think they are cool as hell. I personally wrench on my own cars and make/made several mods to enhance the safety and driving pleasure of the cars I have.
