Two productive weekends

I was at my grandsons birthday party last night when one of the attendees tells me about an old hearse, possibly for sale, approximately six miles away from where we were. Needless to say I went and checked it out. I believe however that the "NFS" on the windshield may mean it is not for sale. I have not been able to contact the owner but the Thunderbird next to it had $1000.00 on the window. The Superior did not have a motor and the interior was rough but appeared mostly in tact.
Last weekend at a car show I obtained contact information for a person with a 1971 Miller Meteor combination that is for sale. Also last weekend I found out some information that I have been trying to locate regarding some old pro cars in the Lowell Michigan area. Come to find out the cars that I used to admire, several years ago, in Lowell actually belong(ed) to Rance Bennet of Bennet Coach Sales. He moved his operation is why I haven't seen them in Lowell anymore.
