Tpc #164

TPC 164 Arrived Today!

If you are a fan of 1961 and 1962 Buick professional cars, you will think you struck gold! There are some gorgeous Buicks to lust after.

The Gettysburg 2016 Meet registration and information are also in this issue.

Great job guys, what a magazine!

as did the ballot for offices . if everyone would just fill it out and drop it in the mail when they get it we might have a election with record voting.

this is a nice twist on what was started a few years back I think everyone will like it.

Where is mine? I can't wait because we had a 1961 flxible ambulance and a 1962 Flxible coach at the funeral home where I worked in the late 1960's.

Got mine in Southern CA today too. It never ceases to amaze me of the depth and quality of the articles and pictures by Tom McPherson, Walt McCall professionally put together by Brady Smith, Gregg Merksamer and I am sure many others. It's almost like we get a chapter or two from Tom & Walt's best selling books in every PCS Magazine.....what a bargain for just paying our annual dues!

I also enjoyed reading about Dan Scully's one of only two Flxible-Buick Limo's and the ease of returning our ballots system created by Gene Smith. MM :applause:

I would say you MUST return it WITH a return name and address.

The reason being that it should be checked off a current roster so that only ONE vote per member be submitted.

What's keeping someone from mailing multiple cards in without varification of where they came from ?

Sounds like if should have stated "return address a requirement".

You would think with all the past "issues" with elections, this should be taken care of by now.

I sent mine in (WITH) a return address label on the outside of the fold-over ballot (BEFORE) all this Q&A started because of your Reason #1.... assuming there would be some type of check-in-off system to assure a valid-dues paying member was voting. Hopefully we were correct in doing that?? MM

one ballet a magazine on heavy card stock printed by the printer. a copy would be rather difficult. as I don't really care who knows it doesn't matter to me. and the stick on label would be easy enough to take off before the ballet was opened. I'm guessing the desire is to make voting easy for every one. I left off the return address so the counters would not have to remove it to obtain a secret ballet.

it would be rather difficult to copy this one just a few a different color amount 150 or more of the same would really stand out. I'm hoping that this does lead to a lot more ballets cast. we really need move then a 1/10 of the membership voting.

here I come
