got to swapping tires on the 53. found some used radial tires and there so weather check I don't know if I want to drive it around the block with them. got me to thinking.:stars: always a bad sign. why is that you never see a Radial tire bald. lots of tread on them and the cap is ready to fall off. but check this set of tires out. bald as a old man but still holding air . the side wall weather check but the carcase are sound. if they had as hard a compound as the new tires bet they would still have tread. near as I can tell this radial is only 10 years old been stored out of the sun with air in it. noticed today that it has the cap coming lose. I don't think this tires has ever been used. but to hold up a corner now and then.
