that time

it's springtime time to move the cars from there winter spots to their summer spots. hoping by next winter to have storage for them erected. but so far it's one battery on the 96 and a fuel line on the 53. the 64 was the only one not giving a problem. got the 72 and the 86 yet to fire up as it a one at a time line up where they are.

Happens every year all most got them moved. The 86 has that securety that drains the battery so put one of the battery tenders on it to bring it back up. The 72 fires on it own. That stupid does everything solid state battery charger quit me. So don't have one again. But finely we got wet stuff waited all winter for this spring stormIMG_20260424_095802_hdr.jpg

Last one moved yesterday. Had to put a battery in the 86 limo. This one was a month out of warinte. So not to bad repaired one fuel line and two batteries. Put 700 into my 67 olds convertible and going to replace the transmission in my 92 short box. But we are set for summer now. So looks like today might be it. Froze last night but its all melted off now and the temps are climbing.

figured out how to park them so I don't HAVE TO MOVE ONE TO DRIVE another. looks like this will work need to pull the trailer up a little so I can get the jeep i there. now if the grass comes back thing will be OK. it all buffalo grass along the walk so it's late to wake up. hindsight says had I not invested in car covers at 300 bucks each I could have bought a lot to put a building on. but of course, they were bought at the same time either. had I stoped eating we could have more cars too. yes right now, there is one car in each of the 5 garage stalls I have here. one in the hospital and 2 more stored at a buddy's place. I am car poor.IMG_3061.JPGIMG_3062.JPGIMG_3063.JPGIMG_3064.JPGIMG_3065.JPG

The mice love it when you park the cars on the grass. They can make the car their home and come and go without being noticed until the car is moved. They run out like rats leaving a sinking ship, but some of the family go along for the ride.
